Privacy policy

Sunny Development Group is the controller for the personal data collected on this page. This policy covers what we take, why, and how to get rid of it.

What we collect

• Your first name and one contact detail — a WhatsApp number, a phone number or an email address, whichever you chose.
• Your answers to the six questions in the quiz, so a person can reply with the right unit instead of a generic brochure.
• Where you arrived from (campaign parameters) and, if you accepted cookies, the advertising identifiers described in our cookie policy.

Why we're allowed to

For the enquiry itself, because you asked us to contact you and ticked the box saying so. For advertising measurement, because you accepted cookies. You can withdraw either at any time.

Who sees it

Our own sales team, and the systems we use to reach them: a Telegram chat, our CRM, and a backup spreadsheet. If you accepted cookies, a hashed version of your contact detail is also sent to Meta so that our advertising measurement works — Meta cannot read it in reverse. We do not sell your data or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. Ask us sooner and we'll delete them sooner.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected, have it deleted, or object to us processing it. Write to hello@sunnydg.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to your national supervisory authority — the ICO in the UK, or the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens in the Netherlands.

International transfers

Our team is based in Indonesia, so data you send us is accessed outside the UK and the EEA.

Note

This policy is a plain-English draft prepared for launch. It names no registered legal entity, address or data-protection representative yet, and must be completed and reviewed by a qualified adviser before the site takes live traffic in the EU or the UK.
